Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to blendcanvas.com and app.blendcanvas.com, operated by Quguo Limited, trading as BlendCanvas. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. By using the hosted service, you agree to these terms and the related policies.
Creative tools and third-party services
BlendCanvas organizes text, images, video and audio on an infinite canvas and connects supported AI providers, workflows and optional local tools. Available features depend on configuration and provider availability. Your selected providers apply their own terms, prices and content rules.
Acceptable use
Use only content and credentials you are authorized to use. Do not create unlawful or abusive material, infringe intellectual property or privacy, distribute malware, access systems without permission, bypass quotas or billing, or disrupt other users. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements.
Your content and open-source rights
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize processing and storage of your content as needed to provide the features you use, including transmission to selected providers. Output rights depend on applicable law and provider terms; payment does not guarantee copyright or exclusivity. Source code covered by GNU AGPL v3 remains governed by that license; these terms do not remove its permissions. Third-party notices remain applicable.
Availability and liability
AI results and service availability are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, law and disputes
Material changes will be communicated through the website or account with their effective date. Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Contact us first to seek a resolution; Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. The English text controls if translations differ, subject to applicable law.
